6 months Senior team thesis created at The Art Institute if California-Inland Empire
I was the Lead Compositor / Visual effects/ Technical Director ,responsible for composting.All of the sequences throughout out the short with a team of 4 other artist. I also modeled, unwrapped and textured props. I was also responsible for rendering most of the sequences with multiple layer passes.
As a Lead Technical Director
--Assisted animators and artists with troubleshooting of shots. Issues may include problems with animation, and or rendering.
-Managed the render farm.
As a Lead Visual Effects
-Over see the VFX team implementing and delivering.
-Worked closely with the Production team to ensure tasks are tracked accurately.
As a Lead Compositor
-Over see the compositing Team.
-Allocated shots and tasks to appropriate compositing artists.
-Integrated CG and live action elements seamlessly with background plate.
-Foresee, troubleshoot and communicate potential problems
Props and Assets
-modeled,unwrapped,textured, props and assets.
Software used: Autodesk Maya, Mental Ray, Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After effects, Vue Xstream 10, Crazy Bump, Adobe Premiere, PDI, Pixologic Zbrush, and DDO
